Dwaraka ( Development of Weavers And Rural Artisans In Kalamkari Art ), an initiative of DRRT (Dwaraknath Reddy Ramanarpanam Trust) began its efforts in 1998/99 to revive the glorious tradition of the hand-painted kalamkari art form, touching hundreds of families, enabling women with skill and livelihood opportunities and transforming artisan communities.
DWARAKA is now a brand recognized for its Kalamkari art-focused approach and traditional hand painting methods, promoting eco-friendly ways to transform designs using only natural dyes.
